Schedule: Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM COL
Salary: 9,000,000 – 15,000,000 COP (depending on experience)

About the Company

This is a high-impact, senior-level individual contributor role for someone who enjoys both strategy and hands-on execution.

What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll take full control of Paid Media and Search so the CEO can focus on scaling the business:
  • Manage and optimize campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Performance Max)
  • Handle day-to-day performance, testing, and scaling of e-commerce accounts
  • Analyze data and identify growth opportunities and areas for improvement
  • Collaborate on reporting and performance insights for clients
  • Participate in client calls and help communicate results clearly (in English)
  • Contribute ideas to improve processes, workflows, and campaign structure

What You’ll Bring

You’re not just a campaign manager—you’re a builder and decision-maker.

  • 4+ Years of Experience: Must have a proven track record in hands-on Paid Search management with a heavy focus on E-commerce.
  • Strong English skills, with the ability to translate data into clear, confident client communication.
  • Strong understanding of Search, Shopping, and Performance Max.
  • Ability to manage accounts independently while staying aligned with the team

  • Prior experience in a performance marketing agency setting.
